Important Message Regarding AUCIS Maintenance Action - 28 July 2017

 

Maintenance downtime of AUCIS in Bldg 1405 (MSFRIC) is scheduled to occur on Friday, 28 Jul 17 between 1700 hrs and 1730 hrs. AUCIS will be unavailable in Bldg 1405 (only) during this time. This outage will not affect any other facilities on either Maxwell or Gunter.

 

AUCIS will be unavailable to all users that are planning to visit the MSFRIC during this period.

 

Although the outage will only affect service in bldg. 1405, all users will be required to resubmit the Voucher Access Code once service is re-established following the maintenance activity.

 

If you experience issues during this period or at any time thereafter, please submit an AUCIS support ticket by clicking the Request Support/Submit a Ticket tab above.
